This expert witnesses experience in the snowmobile market comes from approximately fifteen years of hands on experience and direct contact with powersport accessory distributors, in addition to selling to consumers through a retail store, the internet and phone.  He has owned and operated a power sports retail establishment and for over 13 years, selling items such as snowmobile accessories, hard parts, helmets, bibs, jackets, boots, gloves and other rider accessories. During that period, he has operated a service shop, specializing in the service and repair of motorcycles, all terrain vehicles and snowmobiles. The service shop was closed for business in 2001 to pursue and expand the company's Internet mail order business.  He now owns and operates three mail order and ecommerce websites for ordering "rider" parts and accessories.  Prior to his involvement in the snow sports parts industry, he was an independent contractor in the Logging and Forestry Operations industry from 1982 to 1991.
