This expert witness has over twenty years of telecommunications industry experience and is an expert on new and developing wireless and cellular standards. He has Patents pending in the areas of Enhanced 911, Location Services and nine other telephony systems. He has expertise in the North American ANSI-41 system, as well as GSM, and 3rd Generation systems.  He has a strong background in Telephony, Databases and Communications with past consulting or employment in Telephone Billing, 911 Systems, Cellular Systems, Data Systems, and Wiretap Systems. 

He is active in US and international development of ANSI-41, GSM, All-IP (3G Standards), Inter-standard Roaming, FCC and US Government mandated features and requirements, also call control via ANSI-41 and SIP and FCC and US Government mandated features and requirements.  He has significant hands-on technical experience in all areas and currently developing databases and third generation system.  He is proficient in several programming languages as well as HTML and JavaScript. He has experience in evaluating the RF (Radio Frequency) plan, including the coverage, cell, tower and sector location consideration.
