Professional Summary: This Ph.D. has directed university research efforts in navigation and surveillance for over twenty years, with a specialization in GPS receiver architecture developments. In 1994 he founded a company that develops advanced GPS software and hardware for civilian and military markets. The innovative navigation and tracking capabilities, significantly improve the accuracy, performance, and flexibility of complex GPS/INS systems in difficult operating environments. He was a faculty fellow with both NASA and the National Transportation Systems Center. He also served on the National Academy of Engineering Panel on the future of GPS, where he focused on GPS enhancements for the military.
