This expert witness has nearly twenty-five years of industry experience in cellular location technology and indoor wireless systems.  He is a hardware architect of location-enabled cellular handsets for FCC E-911 mandate. His Bell Laboratories experience includes the architecture and integration group for wireless-PBX and cordless products. He is experienced in documentation, standardization, spectrum-regulatory, and patent processes.  He has also developed product architectures in these areas while successfully working to drive regulations and standards in support of product plans.
