His technical focus includes electronic system design and analysis, medical electronics systems and technology, biotechnical and printing and scanning technology. Dr. Clark is an experienced expert witness with extensive patent experience, both as an inventor and legal consultant. Mr. Flasck has over 41 years of experience in research and high-tech product development, intellectual property (IP) issues, projection displays, lens and optical system design, LCD flat panel displays and modules, backlighting of flat panel displays, light emitting diode product development, injection molding, chip-on-board development, and High Definition Television HDTV projection systems.  Mr. Flasck has over 25 issued patents (both U.S. and foreign), including one U.S. Design patent.  He has concluded several licensing agreements, demonstrating both technical innovation and expertise in IP issues.  Having over 22 published papers and presentations, he is known in the display development community as a creative problem solver and serial entrepreneur working at the leading edge of technology.  Mr. Flasck has testified before the U.S. International Trade Commission and the U.S. District Court as an expert witness on display technology.   View Full CV
